    • A little pricey but fast.
The only dislike so far is that the touchpad doesn't have edge scrolling like my old HP. I usually use a mouse to make scrolling easier and also is faster than using the touchpad. I love the speed, both startup and loading pages.

Bought this $1,000 laptop, and download speeds are hideously low at about 1.2 megs per second. 2 months after purchase and I get a hold of HP, and they transfer me two different times and call me back with a tech support specialist who tells me I need to buy their support package for $49 initial cost and $19 something a month after that. That is some real crappy service for $1,000 laptop I bought 2 months ago. Suggest dealing with somebody besides HP if you actually want support from them. ... show more

    • This Computer has been nothing but problems!
Shortly after receiving the computer, the hard drive went out. Had to send it back. Almost a month later, got it back. Now the cooling fan has gone bad. I'm not sure why this HP has had so many problems compared to others in the past, but when the hard drive went out and I contacted HP, they wouldn't even talk to me, as the purchase was through a private sale and not a commercial sale, such as Wal-Mart, Best Buy, etc. ... show more

The laptop showed up faster than predicted. The price was average. 64 Gram. Good speed. Good graphics. Poor quality camera. Overall a good computer for the price.
