DO NOT BUY — HP and Vendor Abandon You if Anything Breaks I bought this HP OMEN through PCOnline U with upgraded 64 GB RAM. It ran fine at first — then the graphics card died, and the nightmare began. HP refused to honor the factory warranty because of the memory upgrade (which wasn’t even related to the failure). Their response? “Warranty void.” No repair, no replacement, no help. So I contacted PCOnline U, the vendor. I’ve left multiple messages. No reply. Nothing. They happily sold the PC but completely disappeared once there was a problem. For a supposedly premium gaming PC, this experience is unacceptable. The OMEN branding and marketing promise performance and reliability — but what you actually get is zero accountability and zero support. If you value your money, do not buy from PCOnline U and do not expect HP to back their own hardware once anything is modified, even professionally. I’m now stuck with an expensive paperweight and a void warranty over a RAM upgrade. Summary: – GPU failed early – HP refused service over upgraded RAM – Vendor ignores all messages – No working warranty, no working system. Save yourself the frustration. Buy elsewhere. ... show more

All USB ports randomly stop working despite full reinstall of drivers, BIOS update and sfc/dsim scans. Seller does not allow returns. Also, I learned that the only available PCI slot is completely blocked by the GPU. So you can't install any other cards. Doing research, it sounds like the stock PSU is too weak. Need to upgrade the PSU Other than that, the PC is good..... ... show more
