This laptop had hardware issues from the beginning. This laptop never worked right, took me forever to get HP to admit there was a hardware problem and had me send it in. That was EIGHT WEEKS ago. Can't get any help from the website. Phone numbers from the website take you to someone trying to sell me Life Alert. Have been on the phone for HOURS. That's HOURS in THREE separate calls because they disconnected me 3 times tonight, forwarded me around the world at least once (even to Spain). My case has been escalated. HP messenger text said someone tried to call - NOPE. That someone sent me an email - NOPE. I've spent HOURS upon HOURS trying to get this situation resolved. The laptop cost me almost $1000 from my FIXED income. Here I am the proud owner of a ROCK that I can't even look at. You fail HP on all counts. If it didn't cost so much money and I could just go out and buy an Acer I would. I am on my fourth epic hold. I sent this laptop in on a warranty repair but it's been so long now they are saying it's no longer under warranty EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE IT IN THERE SHOP. I'm about to lose my mind. HP you might have been a good company at one time but I'll never deal with you again. You have ZERO customer service once you have the money. ... show more

It's a new laptop, it came with a bunch of microsoft crap I didn't need or want. Took me hours to uninstall. Any extra shareware/freeware or expireware should be left off entirely.
