I bought this certified refurbished. When it came and I updated it it was very glitchy, it closes my internet pages and closes out my open apps. Its processor is extremely slow and the touch screen leaves blue mark trails when used. I wouldn’t recommend this one.

    • Less than a years use
Purchased product in July 2024. On February 12 touchpad stopped working. This led to continual hardware errors that made the laptop unusable. Didn't even get a years use. Shouldn't have to buy extended warranty, it should last at least one year. Need to stand behind product.

The picture of the computer in the ad is different than the one I received. I had also ask if it was backlit keyboard and the answer was YES. The one I have does not have any key or keys for backlighting. Really getting frustrated with the products I am receiving. I will try one more time but am returning this one. ... show more
