this is a basic laptop does not have a touchscreen as some have said, and does not have a lighted keyboard. The battery life however is about 5hrs total continued use. Pretty low. To first start takes about 1 hour to get up and running and forget about importing pictures from a phone. All I got was a message that the files were corrupt. This $288. paper weight is not worth the money. DO BETTER HP! ... show more

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I purchased this laptop thinking is was a great deal when infact it was a waste of money ! I have had nothing but problems with it. I have had it looked at by my IT team on 3 separate occasions and it can not be fixed. It freezes up, you get the black screen and the fan yells at you. I contacted Amazon and they stated my 30 days were up and they couldn't help & to contact the seller. I did with no help there ! It was the same thing the 30 days were up.. im sorry it was 2 days past the 30 day mark. They informed me to contact HP. I did that and was told this laptop was not made in the US there for they couldn't repair it, so not only am I out over $500 the laptop cant be fixed. The manufacturer warranty they say they have from HP isn't there and Amazon or the seller aren't willing to budge on a return/refund !! Oh and the seller stated that if Amazon would agree to return it they would charge a 50% restock fee !! So there is that ! This is a total scam !!!!! DO NOT BUY !! and this seller should not be allowed to sell thru Amazon due to false information! ... show more
