It came a little dented and the assembly instructions were wrong lol but otherwise not hard to put together overall. I was able to do it by myself in 3 hours. Seems sturdy enough and looks good for the price.

We received and installed this pagoda three weeks ago. Yesterday we had winds for the first time since we installed, but the winds only went up to 25-30 mph. When we came outside later, the canopy attachments were completely broken off. So disappointing! The idea is wonderful and it provided great shade while it lasted, but if you’re interested in this product go ahead and buy a heavy duty replacement canopy from another company. ... show more

This product is not aluminum but steel. Checked it with a magnet and the magnet sticks to it. I am by the ocean so we’ll see how it stands up to rust. Will contact the vendor and Amazon about the false advertising.

It's lightweight and easy to move, but its durability surprised me. Right after we installed it, we experienced a storm with winds over 60 mph, and it didn't budge at all.
