Two weeks after receiving it...I'll write a new review if we ever figure out how to make this printer print. No instructions came with it. ....still no set-up...we paid a lot to get nothing.... I finally got it to print but it offers *NO options to change it from landscape to protrait or to change the size of the Font from huge to not huge so I will have to waste more time trying to guess whether these options were meant to be a reality or not. ... show more

I know this is refurbished but was surprised that there is no HP Warranty per HP website. Printer will install either wifi or hard wired. I was surprised that to scan you have to have the HP app. You can't push a button on the printer to do this.

    • did not work with HP smart, but works with HPEasyStart
1. Requires to run HP smart, but HP Smart can not find this printer. Computer is stuck during installation. 2. Downloaded and installed HPEasyStart_17_2_17.exe, printer and scanner work fine. 3. I could not make the WiFi connection work. The tiny LCD window (13mm x 20mm) is so small. "err" appears when WiFi is pressed. it comes with 2 pages of WiFi Troubleshooting. If I do not know the LCD message and the buttons, I can not use these 2 pages troubleshooting instruction. In my case, HP smart setup did not work, while HPEasyStart_17_2_17.exe seems to work. ... show more

    • Poor referred job. Missing quick start manual.
The printer was easy to install but there's nothing in the paperwork that I received that tells me how to utilize the scanner. This could be a fault of the fact that it was a referred unit and any original documentation didn't come.
