    • Missing parts, boot drive issue, customer support lacking
In the end, this computer just has too many issues as received and was not ready to be used. It may even have a corrupted hard drive based on the prompts I'm receiving. It has become a problem computer. Among the various issues: Incorrect video cord received. After contacting customer service a new cord was sent but the monitor blinks on and off. Had to order my own cord to replace - now it works. So both cords sent by this company were bad. Then error messages stating there were issues with the boot drive. Called customer service and their only advice is to hard boot the computer so the problem persists. Screen received has sticker residue. Chrome only opens in compatibility mode. Everything about this refurbished computer is taking a lot of work to manage and my call to customer service line did not resolve the boot drive issue - which may be due to a corrupted hard disk partition or that the hard drive is not plugged in properly. Not sure. I'm regretting the refurbished computer - although it sounds like I can still return it which I think I will try to do. I'll up the customer support to two stars because although this issue wasn't fixed... at least they responded. ... show more

This is a great deal for the price. Everything came as described, and packaged carefully. The pc was easy to hook up, and it performs great. It runs all the games I like to play, and even works for some streaming. The customer service is above and beyond. I am new with computers, and Aaron answered all my questions very quickly, and gave me step by step instructions that were easy to follow. He kept contact with me to make sure all was good. UPDATE 05/20/24: now having Graphis card issues ugh! The Reason your seeing Tech Names given out because they coax you into providing good reviews for them!!! Delivered on time. Ran into a several issues contacted support was able to get in touch with someone, spoke to them about the issue a few times The issue kept occurring contacted "Ryan" for support a couple times have been told they were going to send me out a new hard drive within 3 to 4 days "several times" Still waiting on that and it’s been several days now. (Updated) No longer could get in contact with Ryan started speaking to Steven the first attempt I was told the hard drive got lost in mail he would send a new one out, waited 4 to 5 days didn't receive hard drive once again. upon contacting Steven again was told that He had spoke to Ryan whom told him the the issue was fixed as if I had not even spoken to him several days before. by this time I was frustrated! upon sensing my attitude he said the hard drive would arrive 3 to 4 days and what do you know FINALLY it arrived! after weeks of waiting. after all that I had to purchase a new computer power cord for one of the monitors because it went out. I spared the in between headache steps I had to take dealing with the hard drive. I thought I'd be doing the Earth a favor buying a used computer. end up being a BIG HEADACHE! Comes with 2 screws that hold the monitor to the stand had an issue with one of the screws not wanting to screw in properly. Fiancé was able to shave down another screw and it's working fine. Honestly this is my first gaming computer so not a 100 percent sure at the moment how it stands up to other gaming computers, once used for longer I will update this review. at the moment I'm slightly pleased with it (Update) wish I bought Brand new. NOTE: There is no instructions on where the cords go I was able to figure it out and to my surprise hooked everything correctly first try! S/N The Hard drive issue I was having is as follows: sometimes when I go to turn the computer on I get the blue screen turn it off turn it back on I get the black screen saying something dealing with the hard drive. No keys can be pressed no hitting shift & escape can be made you have to turn off and turn back on for it to work properly got worse as the days went on. ... show more
