I gave 4 stars because the first computer I received had issues coming on. After troubleshooting it came on once but then never turned on again. I sent it back to get another one and this one works properly. I noticed they used an i5 case but it was an i7. Overall happy with the computer.

This laptop is truly excellent. If you have a chance to buy one I would urge you to do so. It's like having a desktop on the go in a tiny package. I had a minor issue by fault of my own and customer service help me resolve it almost immediately. A+++ all around and highly recommended to everyone.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this laptop on May 30th 2024, it had some signs of use but I would say its normal for a refurbished product. The laptop worked fine until Sept 15th 2024 when it was not booting up. I tried a few things but the only sign was that Caps lock was flashing 6 times. When I decided to to see whats inside, I noticed that the Memory RAM is glued to the motherboard with silicon. I am still trying to figure out how to fix it but quality of the refurbished work is very bad, and definitely it seems that they just do minor repairs to re-sale those laptops without really solving the root cause of the problems.
