Complete junk! Had to send back a 2nd time and they didn't refund in full. BEWARE!
Bought the first computer from them and almost immediately the computer would freeze up for no reason at all. I didn't install any extra software, just what was on the computer. They tried to troubleshoot it and ended up sending a replacement which was even worse than the first one! Totally un-useable. Lost what I was working on frequently cause had to hold in the power button to shut the thing off when it froze. Had to send that one back as well and then they charged me $80 for a restocking fee so some poor guy is going to buy this piece of junk too. The customer service people acted like they could care less, like this happens all the time or something. Ended up buying a computer from Amazon directly and it works fantastic. Couldn't be happier. Wasted over a month of time and extreme stress with these jokers. Beware. That's about all I can say. ... show more

overpriced paper weight and charged a restocking fee for returns
this computer turns on just fine but once you try to run programs on it, the problems begin. my old laptop from 2017 runs the same programs about 25x faster. when i tried my programs it was so slow that it was not tolerable, so tried uninstalling and updating windows and drivers then reinstalled my basic programs to see if there was any improvement but there was not. sent it back because i need an actual I7 that can handle programs the same as my 2017 I5 can (preferably better) and was charged $103 restocking fee. so far, I have recently ordered 2 different I7s that run the same programs well. in short, this computer is garbage which is probably why this company does not allow us to post questions here and they seem to favor charging restocking fees to sell you garbage ... show more

don't buy!
It's broken in 90 Day, getting replaced unit, then broken in 8 months again, then out of warranty. Please on your own judgment should buy it or not.

Poor quality
Only worked occasionally. Yet seller believes they're entitled to a restock fee. Sent me a computer that does not work and wants a restocking fee to return the item.
