The media could not be loaded. Just got this pc package today. Works like a new conputer, quick. Bad things I would say is a that the monitor is old and heavy, ajustable tho(also more squarr than rectangle). Also, not the correct monitor in the picture. Another thing is that the usb ports dont work on the monitor. For 100 bucks was probably worth buying. Says theres a HDMI port... There is not. Monitor is only VGA. After doing some test, the performance of the PC reached a high of 3.40 GHz on average resting and got up to 3.60. ... show more

This was a smart choice for me. I needed a work from home job and literally didn’t have a PC and the jobs mostly require PC and no Mac’s. I’m a Mac person. So this refurb does the trick. It ended up passing almost all tech requirements for the entry level job I was looking for and I was hired with several companies thanks to this. I actually received quite a heavy maybe somewhat outdated monitor but I actually love it because it’s so solid and it’s raised up high because it comes with a nifty base. I didn’t have to figure out how to raise it up. This worked perfect for me. The customer service is great. I emailed them because I needed the capability to hook up dual monitors and I also apparently needed a blue tooth adapter just to have that feature. So they sent me both adapters for FREE and with very fast shipping. Great communications when I needed help with these issues. So the computer itself is very basic but does come with good ram 8 MB and good capabilities otherwise. It’s been months and I haven’t had any operational issues. Good solid machine. It’s basic, doesn’t come with any speakers on monitor or any built in camera so all of that is up to me to get external but for the price this is a very good deal! I recommend this seller! Great for a college student on a budget. It's great and just what my daughter needs for a college student. The reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5, the keyboard sucks. Keys don't work right and some stick so you will have to invest in another keyboard.

    • Good deal, bad product!
I gave this computer as a gift to a friend. It “seemed” like a great deal to get them up and running on a computer that’s better then the dinosaur laptop they were using. Once they received it and got it all hooked up, the monitor wouldn’t let them play a game in windowed mode and the stupid thing won’t do the windows updates as they keep failing. These kinds of problems should not be happening on a computer that is out of the box for 4 days and then have to call in to figure out what the heck is goin on with it. I am EXTREMELY unhappy with how this order turned out and just might reconsider getting the rest of my computer equipment that I WAS planning to buy from here. ... show more
