This was used as a replacement fuel tank on a Ariens Zero-Turn mower. The original cracked from old age & was no longer available. This was half the size, But fit in the same location with modifying & shortening the OEM steel straps. Added some foam padding all around and a hole in the top for suction grommet & line. May need to fill a little more often, But It worked GREAT. It helped that this company made many models of tanks as mine needed the cap way offset. My only improvement would be to make them thicker. It is about one third the OEM tank & a little thicker than a milk jug. Hope it lasts many years more. It is a 1999 model mower, But still runs great. You Saved It ! ... show more

Good quality, this is my second tank. 1-way valve seems to work reasonably well. seal around orange cap is not made of rubber, it seems like something softer, I hope it remains intact. I'm going to use this tank with kerosene, not diesel.

    • Good quality, easy to drill and fit!
Used this to make a temporary run tank for fuel. It was easy to drill, and use a wire to get the fitting into the inlet and then into the drill hole. Don't forget the o-rings!!! This thing has been a good quality product, and can be many things based on need.

Did what it was supposed to do. The plastic is thinner than I expected much thinner, but it worked just fine. It is perfect for any temporary situation. Would recommend for a temporary project.

I fabbed up a box for a diesel heater and needed a small oil tank for the diesel that would fit in the box that I made. I fits perfectly and provides about 10 hours operation time for the heater. These come with an uninstalled nipple so you can put it where you want it which was great. Looks like it should hold up well. No leaks at all. ... show more

Was excited to replace my tank on my diesel heater and when this arrived it had a dent in the corner which was also created a hairline crack on the tank itself
