Computer came with windows 7, my wife had access to widows 10 through her work. Missing the usb plug for the wireless keyboard /mouse , bought a keyboard and mouse local. The wireless wifi usb was 2g , Had to replace it so it could connect to our 5g wireless network. I was nervous buying a refurbished one. But it looks brand new and no problems so far. The only thing that could be better in the wireless keyboard. Seems a little cheaply made for the quality of everything else. Having a little trouble with double/triple typing errors and it doesn't register right away sometimes. I wish I just went to Best Buy and spent more. I regret this purchase because I had to spend and additional $50 on 2 VDA cables and the wireless mouse and keyboard don’t connect. The adapter cable had wires hanging out of it - complete trash. I am leaving 3 stars because the monitors are beautiful and the computer does work great. It starts and I’m lucky I had an extra keyboard and mouse so I can work. Unless you’re aware you’re going to need to get extra cables for the monitor and the keyboard may or may not work. Update: the seller is responsive and they are sending me new replacement parts. Thanks ... show more

I've always been hesitant to purchase a renewed product but I trusted Amazon's word that it would be good so I took the leap. I was very happy with it, until yesterday. Within 6 months of purchase one of the monitors died. I contacted the seller and they said to contact manufacturer for any warranty. I seriously doubt that HP is going to have a warranty left on a renewed monitor...checking into it further though. Will update review with any news. ... show more

    • Works like a dream
The computer was bought to work from home during the pandemic. I thought I chose in a hurry and was afraid of what I would get. I am so pleased with this computer bundle, the set up is just like I have at the office and it works like a brand new computer. I would definitely purchase again.
