The flooring is beautiful but the adhesive is not strong enough. It looked great for a couple of days until the corners started to peel up. This was for a very small 1/2 bath so there was no issue with steam or heat. Very disappointing; it looked so good.

First, I'd like to say these are extremely well made "tiles". They're thick, at least 3mm, stiff and really feel like tiles, not like pieces of linoleum. They have an extremely strong adhesive on the back, are easy to install and function perfectly. Five stars for quality in all respects, However, and I can't call this a fault as it is intended, I just didn't pick up on it in the description, is the fact that the tiles are made to look "aged" or "distressed", with dark shadows going along the edges of the pattern, making them look like they've been in place for many years and are worn or dirty. Each tile has the same effect on it, so it's not a misprint. As they say, "it's not a bug, it's a feature". I just didn't notice how prominent it is and was surprised when I saw it. If you look closely at the picture you'll see what I mean. Make sure this is the effect you're going for before purchasing. If you like it, these are well made, high quality tiles that will do a great job for you. Edit - I finished installing the tiles this afternoon and I'm happy with the way they look. I was concerned about the pattern and considered not using them but decided to give them a shot. I put them on the wall behind my kitchen sink to cover some old linoleum that had been there for many years. The adhesive was super strong and even where the surface was uneven they held firmly after being pressed down. They were easy to work with, I just used a box cutter to score a line and snapped them, then cut through the adhesive on the back to separate the pieces. The "worn" look seemed to fade quite a bit when they were installed, not nearly as obvious as when just looking at them individually. The wall looks worlds better.

Keep in mind these at smaller than 11.8" or 12" square panels that are standard. I wouldn't want to use these for an entire floor, but for a small space, these are awesome. They're comparatively very thick, and solid. So they're light weight, but they're taught and not malleable or pliable. They also have a recessed, grooved edge, so if you wanted to grout between them or use some adhesive/ sealant you can. I'm using them in my closet doorways and some thresholds in my apartment, just as an accent thing, and I like them a lot. Really cool design. Really sturdy pieces to put on your [wall or] floor. The adhesive pad is an appropriately thick foam layer, and works great. Five stars.

These peel and stick tile are sturdy and heavy. I have not seen many this heavy duty. The print is very nice but is a bit more beige than it appears in the listing (not a huge difference, but I notice and the listing seems crisp white to me aside from shading/design). I’m using them in my small hall bath. They will hold up well and add a nice touch to a space that can’t fit much in the way of design/decor. I took a star off for the fact that the listing makes it seem like you can put these down and grout is optional. This is really not the case. They are made with a lip below the top off the tile that spaces them apart from each other. This results in a small ditch or channel around every edge of every tile. This is only going to trap dirt or allow water to damage the subfloor. Grout is the only way to get around this. In addition, though they were well packed at least half of my tiles arrived (in an un damaged and intact box) with the spacing lip smashed up on one side.
