I received the Chromebook in a timely manner. It was lighter weight than I thought. I appreciate the feel and look. It looked like a new laptop and it was very easy to set up. I only received a one page instruction pamphlet. The laptop overall was a good value!

If you love Chromebooks like I do, you will love this machine. Keyboard is excellent. Very quiet. Super easy to type on. Screen gets very bright and is very clear. Matt screen which I like. No glare at all. Sound quality is excellent. Very light but feels like a quality build. Can't address battery life yet as I've just started using it. Google and Security updates until June of 2029. Touchpad is excellent. Best part is that I paid $130 renewed. Looks and feels brand new. Buy one! Updated July 2022 - Battery life. I've had this Chromebook now for over 2 months. how do i begin. first off. it scratches so easily that i can rip the paint off with my fingernail. and i barely have any. lol. the computer is slower than biden trynna finish a sentence. and i cant even use it for school bc it takes almost 10 mins just for google classroom to open. like jeez. everything else isnt even a problem. storage space is good. shipping didnt damage it. i can write my code on it (just takes a while) and i screen is pretty clear. i do have this issue tho to where if its on anything elevated and not level. it will just keep the mouse pressed down. even with my hands on the side it wont let me click unless my hands are off of it. overall a decent and cheap laptop but the speed and mouse are a real big dealbreaker. ... show more

Needed something just for now to browse and try to work on my online store. Would not recommend this laptop for business or any of that. The browser on here doesn’t run properly for my Shopify account. Which is the whole reason I bought it. But I guess I can use this for other things until I am able to upgrade🤦🏻♀️ other than that it’s super light weight, does not make noise on startup, and is a great laptop to start off with👍easy to connect to with Wi-Fi-stays connected through time of use, comes with charger, battery lasts for about a good 8-10hrs, arrived 2hours before time posted, packaged nicely as well, and kid friendly use also. ... show more

Overall, the bang for buck has been a delight. There are complete office suites, including microsoft 365 that will run on this computer. I am an amateur astronomer and even rare software like SkySafari 7 Pro has a version that will run on this chromebook. With the fast wireless and bluetooth and USB, I have not missed any connectivity. There is even a light version of Linux that can co-exist with the Chrome OS. The youtube response is amazing.
