We had nothing but problems with this computer...it freezes...it logs you out...it would not let you complete a task. Upon calling Hewlett Packard, we were told this computer was modified therefore voiding the warranty or any help from them. Added after dealing with the seller WYL TECH WE bought this computer from WYL TECH, through Amazon. We set this computer up according to WYL TECH's instructions. After we set it up the computer would not allow searches, would freeze, and have to be restarted after EVERY task. We contacted the manufacturer Hewlett Packard. We found out from Hewlett Packard that WYL TECH 's Hewlett Packard computer was MODIFIED by WYL TECH. Therefore Hewlett Packard could not help with the issues of freezing up...having to restart the computer for EVERY task. The computer obviously had problems so we returned it. AFTER returning it, WYL TECH wanted pictures of the problem so their warehouse could inspect it and fix the issue. Upon returning it we were charged a $33.00 restocking fee by WYL TECH. WYL TECH will not reimburse us the restocking fee even though WYL TECH's computers are modified BY WYL TECH. ... show more

The computer is okay, and the 1gb flash drive they sent does not work. I realize it was subpar after I had downloaded all my software on there, but honestly if you want an HP go straight to the company. When I asked them to replace it they just said they would give me a $10 refund. I would not buy this item again from this computer. I'M 80 AND HAVE HAD HP COMPUTERS ALL MY LIFE FOR HOME AND BUSINESS. I PAID TO HAVE THIS ONE SET UP AND DOWNLOAD SOME OF MY FILES. IT SEEMED TO BE WORKING SO I PUT THE BOX IN RECYCLE. NEXT DAY I WENT TO PLAY A GAME, IT FROZE UP AND WOULD NOT LET ME CLOSE THE WINDOW OR SHUT DOWN. I HAD TO UNPLUG IT. IT DID THIS SEVERAL TIMES EVEN AFTER I DID A UPDATE. THEN IT WOULD NOT EVEN LET ME GO TO GOOGLE. I TRIED EVERTHING TO TRY TO GET IT WORKING. I DECIDED TO RETURN IT. I HAD TO PAY $41.45 FOR BOX AND PACKING. THEN I SPENT HOURS LEARNING HOW TO GET MY INFO OFF A FROZEN COMPUTER AND RESET IT TO FACTORY SETTING. THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE. I'M HOPING I DON'T HAVE PROBLEMS GETTING MY FULL REFUND. ... show more
