Unfortunately the product still comes from Staples. Had a bad experience when returning Amazon items. During returns we were down to the last item when the clerk walked away from us to handle a Staple’s customer. It took the clerk over ten minutes just to figure out if the customer had a rewards card. When we said something, the clerk replied he had to handle Staples’s customers first. We were only 2 minutes away from completing the return. I guess the laptop, printer, print cartridges and office equipment and supplies we purchased through them don’t count as us being their customers. Now we return Amazon items at Whole Foods where we are treated without the attitude and are able to purchase items while we are in the store. Staples’s should send their worker’s to marketing training and focus on POP training. ... show more

I installed all four cartridges, 3 color and 1 black. After installing, I printed a test page and no black printed. I printed something from my computer and only the color printed, no black. I took the cartridges out and reinserted them, being sure they clicked in place. Same result, color but no black. I ran a printer diagnostic and printer showed no issues. I then took the cartridges out and inserted the old cartridges I was replacing. The printout came out faded but did show both color and black had printed. Printout was faded because I was very low on ink, that led me to believe it was a defective cartridge. The first image is of my computer screen showing what I was test printing. second image is of the printout using the new ink cartridges, last image is of the printout using the old ink cartridges. ... show more
