I didn't really need it for heavy use just something I can use every now and again. That's when I decided to check out the renewed section. Son loves this gaming computer. Great price point. It's fast and beautiful graphics. It plays game like fortnight and roblox with ease. Our only issue is with the microphone system. We will probably have to call customer service, but for the quality of it he can manage buying a microphone driver.

Asked seller if this would be Windows 11 upgradeable (knowing 10 goes dead this October). They stated yes, so we bought it. Now when trying to update to 11 it says the CPU isnt compatible thus can't upgrade to windows 11. Makes this computer wothless to us???? Like it for the money but will be worthless after less than a years use. Talking to legal now to see how to get a refund (using our copy of them telling it, it was compatible.) ... show more

    • Don't Expect Top Tier Gaming
This is a entry level gaming computer. Everything booted up and started with no issues. So far it has smoothly loaded and ran Fortnite, Roblox, Red Dead, and more. No, you can't have the graphics on ultra high, but they aren't on low either. Over all my kids are happy with it, and so am I.

Shipping was super fast, got to me in two days. Nicely packaged, system looks as it did in photo. Opened box, set it up and everything easily connected. Booted up computer but couldn't go any further than setting region, I couldn’t type anything for windows setup due to it continuously typing the number “9”. Disconnected keyboard and it’s still doing it… so not a keyboard problem. Called customer service, they are shipping new tower but I have to ship broken one back before they will send. Really disappointed right from start up. I thought these were tested prior to being boxed and shipped. Now I’m waiting for a shipping label to be emailed. It’s been about an hour and still haven’t received it. UPDATE: Faulty desktop shipped back next day, Green Tech shipped replacement and I received it two days later! Works great, no issues, easy set up. Plays World of Warcraft and Sims Games without any issues/lag, haven't had to change graphic resolution/settings. I was skeptical about buying a renewed/refurbished desktop, but am very pleased with what I got. Green Tech Customer Service was great, they made what started as a disappointing situation, right. ... show more

Perfect starter gaming pc combo. memory processor handles all my sons games well. 1 TB and 32 GB memory, can't beat the price. Yes is a refurb and that was a conern, but so far so good.
