I was so hopeful when I saw the item listed. I ordered four (4) of the computers/monitors and the shipped exactly what they were offing. While the quality of the refurbished units is great on the outside, the guts of the system is horribe. Slow OS, but also a disastrous WiFi connection that goes in and out regularly and makes working beyond frustrating as mail and internet freezes up for minutes at a time and also make printing from the computers an adventure. It's too bad. And I feel a little foolish for thinking it was going to get better. I should have just returned them. ... show more

    • Did not come with 2x Display Port cables
--- UPDATE Jan 29, 2025 --- After contacting the seller, I was able to receive 2 Display Port cables so that I can actually utilize both monitors. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because the mouse & keyboard and the included wifi adapter SUCK. But the rest of the purchase is pure profit! ---- OLD REVIEW --- This order only came with VGA cables for the monitors. However, the mini desktop only has 1x VGA port, so I am unable to use both monitors at the same time, and neither of them can be used via Display Port. I contacted the seller so I will update this review according to how I receive support. I have NOT tested ANYTHING ELSE YET! This review is PURELY based off of not being able to use both monitors at the same time. When I test the computer, I will also update this review accordingly. ------------------------------------------------ Update: - The Wifi / Bluetooth drivers were not installed, so now I have to figure out the device ID and get a driver on another machine of mine. Most users who are purchasing this will not do or know how to do this. The refurbisher needs to do this part for the customers. So far, Windows Device Manager says the USB is a: Realtek RTL8723B, but so far I'm only seeing things for the RTL8723BS. So checking the Device ID shows: - USB\VID_0BDA&PID_B720&REV_0200&MI_02 - USB\VID_0BDA&PID_B720&MI_02 - On Driver Identifier, there are 4 most recent (and a bunch of older ones), I went with the file named: - driver(winos)_tew-808ubm_v1.03.zip Now I have Wifi & Bluetooth ------------------------------------------------ - The USB dongle for the Mouse & Keyboard was inside of the keyboard battery cover area, not inside the mouse. I thought the whole package would be hp products. The modem is hp. The 2 moniters, keyboard and mouse are NOT! Appear of lesser quality. USB "dongle" was not included..so can not use for at least 3 days, estimate shipping time.

    • Have to replace already, had it 10 months.
I bought this set less than a year ago not knowing the operating system would be obsolete 6 months from the day I purchased. I have a small business that is my only source of income and relies heavily on having a fast, functional and reliable pc. It's been freezing, excel can't open more than one file at a time without it going into a state of being unresponsive. I can't update to windows 11, end Microsoft no longer offers free support with my plan because windows 10 is obsolete. This also means the security patches are no longer ran and IHackers actively look for "holes" in Windows 10 that Microsoft isn't fixing anymore making my e-commerce shop vulnerable to hackers. I contacted the seller and was told I'm outside of their return/ warranty period and was suggested to contact a local tech... I other words "not their problem!" I guess i have to figure out how to buy a new desktop but thought it's useful info if you're considering this purchase. Lesson learned. ... show more
