I am not a gamer so I didn't need a graphics card. The PC is lightening fast and the size gives a lot of extra space compared to the tower it is replacing. It was shipped with the wrong hard drive. 1. When i turn it on, it was not able to locate WiFi. The WiFi card was not installed. 2. Instead of promised Bluetooth BT6 there was BT5 3. The computer had a lot of scratches and dents. Definitely not "Like New" I sent it back.

The HP Prodesk 600 G4 was an excellent price vs. value. The only thing I did not like was that in the description they said that it had no visible cosmetic damage to 12 inches. Well I got away from the computer 24 and 36 inches and if cosmetic damage is seen, they are old blows and scratches. In addition the power of the WiFi and Bluetooth signal and that is already incorporated, the signal is extremely poor, very weak. In my house I have Wi-Fi Mesh Netgear with 3 satellites, so the wifi signal on this PC is very weak. I solved it by buying an external antenna, the Netgear Nighthawk A700 model, Wi-Fi AC1900 dual band. Important, connect the wi-fi external antenna to a minimum USB 3.0 port, this antenna needs super speed. Then on eBay I bought a mask for $ 28 in perfect condition to replace this mask hit and scratched. Also, for $ 36 I bought the extended warranty for 3 years. Conclusion, so far the PC works perfectly, very powerful, fast, enough for a university student. ... show more

This PC arrived in nearly new condition. It only has a couple of minor scuffs on the case. The performance is excellent for what it is. It is very responsive, never slow, and very quiet. It came with Windows 11 installed just as advertised. There is also space to add a second drive. I use this machine for general web surfing, Youtube videos, working from home, and such. The wireless keyboard and mouse that come with the PC are cheap and lightweight. The keyboard works OK, but the mouse doesn't work very well, so I just use my old one.     • The microsoft Windows 11 pro had a ultra high end secured that was corrected!
Well, the machine looked fantastic. Yes, I did take pictures. Because I could not activate it due to where it came from, I called the tech and asked to return it for correction. I will follow up on this review if and when I receive the unit and the problem has been solved. Ups tracking looks like it will take 5 days to get to the tech support. I hope spring does not arrive before I get the unit back! On Jan 24, 2024 received a replacement for the first that had a software problem. Works wonderfully! I am at odds about the Windows 11 that it is so different. Why did Microsoft have to make it so darm different from there other OS systems. The seller was real easy to work with and had a fast response to the first unit software problem. I now have it working and finding it somewhat hard to navigate this new Windows 11 OS system. Had I know about the Windows 11, I would not have selected this OS system!! Thanks to TekRefurbs.com for their help.. The next day, I was unable to get into sites like the day before! I use the Blue Iris app to monitor/ record nine wifi cameras on my home and holiday (remote) condo. The cameras / APP are resource hungy and regularly peaked at 100% of CPU on my old AMD PC. This, even using minimal features of the Blue Iris app. I purchased this PC to support faster processing. WOW. The Blue Iris app now runs at 2-6% of CPU. The computer itself is decent for the price, and can run most programs such as Docs, Word, and Excel. NOT FOR GAMING! The problem I have is Bluetooth and WiFi integration. I had trouble connecting to my printer, and the Keyboard+Mouse combo it came with was not user friendly. At this price I cannot see why anyone would buy a new computer. Windows 11 pro, ample memory for anyone and a sizeable NEW hard drive. The computer looks like a new one.
