I've had zero issues with the laptop, purchased 3 months ago. Great big screen, bigger than my bosses. Battery life isn't crazy great but with a charger and outlet its not a big deal. If you're wondering if you should buy, take a chance.

Pros- upgrades are great value over base model, big FHD non-IPS display with non-glare finish (no more lights reflecting on screen), easy to set up and update, most all software from Win10 machine installed quickly with few exceptions, speed is lightning fast even with multiple programs open, touch pad very responsive, good security with 11 ProBitlocker encryption, very fast 500gb ext SSD drive comes with USB C to A cable plus A to C adapter) & can be Bitlocker enabled, using ethernet to usb adapter gets close to 1g download speed, lightweight vs my Win10 laptop. Description clarifications: not 2025 model came out Spring 2024 (maybe like cars? info based on available BIOS, driver updates from HP Support), orig key was Win10 Pro (not big deal if cost brought down), no MS Office 365, just trial. Office key (lifetime is redundant since you own it w/no future feature updates) provided thru link incl on card was for Office 2016 (I installed my 2021 Office Pro), screen brightness is 250 nits not 300 (per HP). Not mentioned- no CD/DVD drive, no ethernet port, no SD card slot Cons- no backlit keyboard, battery life disappointing (50% after just cpl hrs working), fan is loud (fortunately comes on infreq tho), heat vent on top near R speaker can be hot to touch but good alt to bottom vents which req fan or raised platform, only 2 USB A ports will prob need a new hub to accommodate all older A inputs incl wireless adapters for mice, keyboard. Summary- can't go wrong at this price point, very happy with impressive speed and value upgrades (get them all, worth it), one star deduction for inaccurate item details esp Win11 Pro license and incl of 365/Office. After thorough research and reading various bad reviews, with such a great price and extra software, I decided to invest in it, and I'm thrilled to share that it works exceptionally well! It arrived exactly as promised, with everything it was supposed to include. I did have to email them to obtain the Microsoft 365 key, but they responded swiftly within 24 hours~what great customer service! Personally, everything was flawless for me, and the setup was a breeze, including Microsoft 365 and pre-installed 11 Pro as advertised! The product itself has the right memory and specifications. Plus, it comes with an HP warranty that remains valid for ten more months, providing extra peace of mind. At such a competitive price, I felt it was worth a try, and now I can say with complete confidence it is worth it. I did notice the price changing multiple times. Mine, with a coupon at the time of purchase, was only $742. I hope my experience can inform your decision-making. Just a friendly reminder... One of the primary reasons I bought this computer was having the Microsoft 365 installed on it. That is not the case, it is not on the computer. Computer seems fine but software is not, thus the 3 star rating.

Very happy with this lap top. We did have some struggle with the Microsoft subscription, but once we reached out to the seller they made it right and we got it working. Battery life is good.
