This is a very durable computer ( currently what I'm typing the review on). I have had it for 3-4 years without any incident. As long as it is up to date and connected to good internet, it runs better than the new computers in the store. When used constantly, the battery lasts a few hours. I have also gone days without using it, while it is still powered on, and it will still have a full charge. The plastic outer cover for the computer does get scratched fairly easily, but when it is laid on, dropped, and anything else a 2 and 6-year-old can throw at it. I dropped my previous laptop, a macbook, which had been a gift and not something I could afford to fix. I need a laptop for school, so I had to order something cheap that would arrive quickly. I decided on this chromebook and it's worked for me so far. The screen resolution is fairly good, but compare it to something like a macbook and it's definitely sub-par. That said, there's no visibility issues. I'm unsure if this varies from unit to unit, but my laptop is a bit slow. Nothing unbearable, but it can get a bit annoying when it takes a few seconds for the computer to process that you've clicked something. The touchscreen works pretty well! Sometimes it takes a couple taps to recognize your finger but for the price it's pretty good. Overall, this is a good computer. It does its job and is pretty sturdy. I wouldn't choose this if I had a better budget, but Im thankful that something of this quality was available at a price I could afford. ... show more

My purchase was delivered on time! However i was sent a faulty laptop. Hpx360 Convertible 2in1 color blue. 1.I was unable to locate the battery life or the battery icon. That would indicate when your charger is connected and the number % your battery life is currently at, both while charging and after unplugging the charger. (THE charger is a used charger) 2. The screen turned off when i unplugged the charger after having the charger connected to the laptop for at least 1 full hour. I was hoping to see the battery % 3. When opening the laptop i noticed slight color distortion that quickly cleared , while the laptop was open after entering my code i noticed a slight slow down while loading before full screen load It seems something was tampered with battery wise and even eliminated from the laptop all at once , to make the faulty charging and battery life defects unnoticeable to someone who might just over look not seeing the batter icon in the lower right corner of the screen I am requesting a full refund ! ... show more
