    • Bought 2. One worked well and the other stuck in BIOS Update.
These laptops are simple, light, and packed with memory. 50/50 isn't bad odds when dealing with a low cost laptop. First one purchased runs fine and no problems. I bought one for myself and set it on my desk overnight and returned to a BIOS update that is stuck in the middle of the process. I have tried every way known to man to get into SAFE mode / BIOS setup. It is not happening. I took it to my local repair shop to see if they could get into the same and no luck. So here is the problem with this laptop. It doesn't work, my return window is open until 10/13/2023; however, when I go to process the return to Amazon there is no option to get it replaced with a functioning laptop. I can return it for FULL refund, I can diagnose the issue myself, I can watch help videos, and I can get live support to fix the item. I have a manufacturers warranty and a 2 year extended warranty. I am covered and eventually will get it fixed. No one should have to experience this with a brand new laptop. ... show more

I love the ease of using this laptop, and it is lightweight. However, it does not keep the correct time. My husband works in IT and has tried everything to correct it. However, whenever there is an update, the time and date stop working again. Otherwise, it works fine for the basics that I need.

I bought this laptop for my upcoming high school final year, and it's great. It updates a lot so your system will be updated no matter what. It's lightweight and easy to use and great for playing minimal games. One thing I had trouble with was downloading apps and the way to fix this is by going into the settings and taking it out "S-mode" which then will allow you to install apps from anywhere on the web. The media could not be loaded. I like everything about it. It’s pink. The keyboard is soft. I have no complaints about lagging! Internet connected very well and very fast! The screen shows very well! The wife bought this laptop almost a year ago for my daughter to use for school. She was getting blue screen errors and wasn’t sure what to do. After running memory diagnostics and hardware tests in the BIOS, I found out that the chipset can only handle 8GB of RAM versus the 32GB that came installed.
