I will never buy from this company again. First they sent me a charger that did not work, I had to buy another one out of pocket. After just a few months the laptop has failed and the charger port does not work. The charger will charge other devices but not the laptop, the port has failed.     • I'd be pissed if I paid full price for a Chromebook

This is my very first Chromebook. Have been using PCs for ages. I bought this refurbished one for less than $200 and so far I'm thinking that if I had given full-price for one of these Chromebooks, I would be sorely pissed. The unit itself that I bought is fine, near perfect condition and the hardware is excellent. But the problem is ChromeOS. I've been seeing these Chromebooks go for up to $1000. Google's own variety sell no less than $650 and I cannot fathom ChromeOS being worth any more than what I paid for this one. Good grief ChromeOS is clunky and unrefined. It has been around for a really long time and this is the best Google has been able to make it. It's embarrassing. The mouse interface alone is horrendous. And so far I am unable to use more than one Google account in the calendar and Gmail. I have 4 Gmail accounts and two Google Calendar accounts. One Google Calendar account is my personal account and the other is a family-shared Google-Calendar account. I don't know what I was thinking. I wanted something to hook to a TV and play movies from a hard drive. They makes tablets nicer than this. I can not imagine it has enough juice to be worth anything for school or work.
