Mattress arrived folded lengthwise then rolled and encased in two plastic wraps. Box is heavy and may required two people to move it. Mattress required 3 days to fully expand and once place on the boxspring it had a slightly noticeable ridge down the length where the fold was. It does not affect comfort. While the mattress is soft it is very firm. It is also a single sided mattress unlike standard inner spring mattresses. You can not flip the mattress and use the underside as a sleeping surface. You can spin the mattress 180 degrees while on the boxspring to even the wear. I was plesantly surprised by the motion dampening provided by the mattress. Overall, very pleased with the mattress and I would purchase again when the time comes.

Overall, this is a decent mattress. I got the queen size. I did end up needing a mattress pad to help with the firmness and to avoid feeling the springs when I slept. The price was great and extremely convenient that it came wrapped up in a box. i was able to move it myself up to my apartment. It was super easy to get undone and was usable within minutes! Although not super comfy, the mattress has yet to cave in! It would be great in a spare bedroom or guest bedroom (with mattress pad) for short term use. Not a mattress I expect to have forever, but it does the job for a short term living situation. I likely will not recommend buying this to a friend, as you can spend a little more money for something that is much better quality for long time use.

This is the first time I bought a mattress on my own for my first move - I didn't want to sacrifice quality but I definitely had a budget. The mattress arrived and was easy to take out of the packaging. It started inflating instantly and only took a few hours to get close to it's full size. When it was finally past the 3 day inflation mark, I slept on it and it was and still is incredibly comfortable after nearly 6 months. I like that it maintains its shape and sturdiness but is so soft on top you wouldn't need a mattress topper. I was definitely a little skeptical about mattresses that are air sealed, but this has been one of the most comfy mattresses I have ever slept on. I would definitely recommend this mattress if you're on the fence
