Bought two of these for the guest rooms in my apartment so my sons could have their own beds. They arrived nicely boxed and manufacturer included a letter opener style tool to remove the tight plastic wrapper. They expanded to the full ten inches in a day or two and the cover seems to be of good quality. They are a bit firm for my taste so I added a 2 inch memory foam topper which greatly improved the comfort at a reasonable cost. I have had three guests use them this month, they all felt comfortable.

Got this for $200 on a lightning deal. The important thing is to not allow anyone on it for 48 hours after unwrapping. It reaches close to the full 10 inches. Very comfortable, just the right firmness and looks like high quality material. Highly recommended, especially for the value.

My mattress is barely 9”. It’s been more than 4 days since I opened it. The corners are completely flattened out. I figured let’s give it a few more days but at this point I don’t think it’s going to work. It looks horrible and it’s not that comfortable. How do I even return this at this point? Am I supposed to magically roll it back up and put it in a random box and take it to UPS?? How do I rectify this? I’m so upset.
