The media could not be loaded. Howork did a wonderful thing, when they produced this planetary stand mixer. It has everything you would expect a professional grade mixer to have. From the 6 speeds controlled by an electronic speed selector, and rapid pulse, to the durable heavy weight stainless steel bowl with two handles and locks into the foot of the mixer, The excellent attachments that are VERY well made and have simple twist-lock connection the the mixer, and the great clear dome that allows you to see what's going on in the bowl, add ingredients without slinging it all over the kitchen. The mixer has suction cups that help keep it securely in place, especially helpful when kneading dough at high speed. The motor itself is very quiet. The gearing that drives the planetary rotation of the mixer head, and the beater, is also very quiet. The speed selector knob has a blue LED that flashes if the mixer is plugged in and not mixing. Then, steady when actually in operation. I don't use a mixer every day. But, when I am in the mood for a cake, pie or cobbler, I make my own. I also like to make my own bread from time to time. This mixer is perfect for my purposes. Five stars.

I just received this machine after doing literally hours of reading on the subject of stand mixers. I liked the power of the motor and the reviews were very positive. I would have liked a smaller bowl, but at this power level it’s to be expected. My first project was to make rolls. I used three cups of flour and made an enriched dough. The machine breezed through it. The motor never strained at all even at slightly higher speeds. Of course the sides had to be scraped until all the ingredients were incorporated, but after that, the dough kneaded very well. I’m sure that cakes, cookies and whipping will go just fine. It does have a plastic shell so I don’t know about its durability, but the attachments are all metal and seem very sturdy. The machine is lightweight and easy to move around even with all of its power. The suction cups hold it firmly in place on the counter top and the machine runs pretty quietly. Because of the bowl size, this machine is not for real small jobs. There are other kitchen tools for that. If the machine lasts, it will be a great bargain since its cost is a fraction of the KA products that have less power, and takes up much less real estate. For the amateur home cook, this seems to be a great machine and I would recommend it. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is because I don't know about its durability. Update Feb 2023.. Had machine for two years now. Still works very well. Nothing loose, no weird noises. So glad I didn't spend many more $$ on a KA.. Now 5 stars.

Does exactly what is described and is not very noisy. My daughter has one of those expensive mixers, I swear this one is just as good or maybe even, better and you don't need to pay for separate attachments because it comes with the basic needed attachments in your purchase and it's made of strong quality materials. I'm super grateful because I suffer from back pain and can't stand for extended periods of time but I still like to bake. This little goodie has saved me time and pain. Thank you, thank you, thank you. 🌹🌹🌹.

The media could not be loaded. I've been wanting a standing mixer for forever, but they were all too expensive. I found this one and instantly fell in love. It's quiet, has a bowl cover to prevent flour showers, and is larger than the name brand ones for less than half the price. My only critique is that it doesn't come in a variety of colors, but it is well worth the money. Update: Feb 2023. I've had this mixer since Oct 2020. At the beginning, I used it quite often. I'm talking 4-5 times a month. Then it weaned to about twice a month. Now the mixer starts to go into turbo drive on the lowest speed. As you can see in the video and picture, it causes an explosion of ingredients. I don't know if I should invest in another one or go for a pricier one. I will say that I enjoyed the large bowl size. KitchenAid would easily be over $600 for the same size.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this mixer to replace an expensive KitchenAid that only lasted me a couple of years. I ultimately decided on this one because I loved the handles that came with the mixing bowl. It was the only one I could find in this price range with that option. So I decided to take a chance on it. And I am so happy that I did!! It doesn’t even compare to my KitchenAid! Not only is it absolutely gorgeous, but I have owned many stand mixers in my lifetime , and this is by far the most powerful mixer I have ever used. Literally takes every lump out of cake batters, and potatoes effortlessly. It’s extremely easy to operate. It’s large but designed nicely to not take up a lot of space. I am so pleasantly surprised by the quality of this mixer I am planning on purchasing one for my aunt as a housewarming gift. It’s worth every penny of the $150 I spent on it!

The media could not be loaded. Excellent stand mixer!! My daughter struggled with the kitchen aid- she is 11 and loves to cook and bake. After watching some videos we decided to give Howork a try. We are not disappointed. The bowl is large and the mixer has 6 settings. This was a great feature as the kitchen aid goes from medium to flying out of the bowl in one setting. No splatters with this baby. She wants to use it for everything now- even just making a ranch dip she used the stand mixer. Very happy with this purchase and the quality. If you are hesitant to purchase because it’s not a “brand” you know much about- go for it. You will be happy you did. Now I’m going to go eat a homemade brownie ❤️
