I have been running quail eggs in this incubator for a couple months now and it handles everything almost automatically. The temperature and humidity stay right where they need to be and the auto turn feature keeps things consistent. It has produced healthy little babies that are now zooming around the house. The whole setup takes the guesswork out of incubation so I can just check on it occasionally. Reliable and easy to work with for repeated hatches.

I'd been wanting to try hatching my own eggs for a while but kept putting it off thinking the process would be too complicated to manage, and this 56-egg incubator with the automatic turner and built-in temperature and humidity controls made the whole experience approachable and genuinely exciting from day one. The automatic egg turner runs reliably on its own schedule without any intervention needed, and the digital temperature and humidity displays are accurate and easy to monitor at a glance so I always knew conditions were dialed in without hovering over it constantly. The built-in candler is a thoughtful feature I used every few days to check development progress without having to disturb or remove the eggs from the chamber. My only suggestion is to run the unit empty for 24 hours before loading your first eggs to confirm the temperature stabilizes evenly throughout, but once it's calibrated this orange incubator performs consistently and the 56-egg capacity is generous enough for a serious backyard flock starter batch — I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone ready to take the rewarding leap into hatching their own birds.

I’ve been using this 56-egg incubator for a little while now, and it’s been a total game-changer. What I really appreciate is how much of the work it does for you—the auto-turn feature is a huge plus because it saves me from having to constantly monitor the eggs myself. Great egg incubator. I picked out this HOWOOlUA 56 egg incubator because we have chickens and turkeys on our hobby farm and wanted to try hatching some more. It worked really well and our chicks hatched with no problem at all. The functionality is excellent with the auto turn feature taking care of everything so I did not have to keep remembering to rotate the eggs. Temperature control stayed steady and the humidity control was easy to adjust and monitor. We had a good hatch rate which made me happy. The noise level is very quiet which is nice when it is running in the house. Value for money is solid for the large capacity and all the features it has. Ease of cleaning is a big plus too. The built in candler helped us check the eggs easily and the whole thing wiped down nicely afterward. My husband and the kids were excited to check on the progress every day. Our 4 5 and 6 year olds loved seeing the babies hatch. This has been a useful tool for our farm and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to hatch eggs at home.

This style of incubator is excellent for small hatches. I use both large professional units with 300 plus egg capacity and these smaller setups, and the hatch rates are just as good when everything is setup as it should be. The automatic temperature and humidity control and egg turner is a big advantage. It keeps conditions stable without constant monitoring, and the LED display makes it easy to see what is going on at a glance. The automatic egg turning every couple of hours is another great feature. The turner comes with the incubator so there is no need to buy a separate one as required to do so with some of the Styrofoam type incubators. The built in egg candler is just ok. It doesn't do great with dark shelled eggs. The adjustable tray allows you to use different egg sizes, and the airflow design seems to do a good job preventing hot spots. The alarm system is helpful as well, especially if you are not checking it constantly. My final thoughts are that this is a reliable and efficient incubator for small batches. It performs just as well as much larger and more expensive units when used properly.

This is an excellent incubator for beginners and experts alike. It's really well made with a crystal clear top and sturdy base. The 360 view allows you to monitor all angles so you can see pips as soon as they happen. Everything is automates and I just love that. There's a digital screen with the instructions printed right on it so you don't have to keep referencing the instructions. All you have to do is set the hatch date and load it up, everything else takes care of itself. It got to proper temp and humidity in about 45 mins and once it was set I put eggs in. It turns them gently and regularly, with a little counter telling you how long til the next turn. My kids love that, they watch when it gets close just to see it go. At lockdown the temp and humidity auto adjust and the turner stops. As long as you keep the water chamber full you really don't have to do anything else but wait to meet your chicks. Excellent machine at a great price.

This is kinda a granddaddy for the backyard hatching enthusiasts! This will hold a whopping 56 hen eggs and once it is set up, pretty much runs itself! Has the digital display to manage all the settings and a built in candeler to check progress. This gives you a large flock of chicks in one hatching! I like to keep the styrofoam packing to help keep it energy efficient. This is easy to disassemble and clean and easily disinfected.
