My wife and I are setting up our nursery for our first baby, so I wanted to find something a little bit decorative but also useful at the same time to bring a little more bling and coziness to the room. I purchased this picture light with the expectation that it would be mediocre at best. But boy was I wrong! This thing is beautiful, and the touch sensitive button for powering it on and off, as well as changing the brightness level is very quick and responsive. It gets plenty bright for what it is, and the battery life is phenomenal. To test it out, I left the light on its lowest setting (which is basically like a night light) for over 14 hours, and it still had battery left. Very impressive! The wall bracket mount is wicked easy to install, and very intuitive for removing and installing the light when it’s ready for a charge. All in all, I give this a five star rating. It’s beautiful, works extremely well, and the battery life is phenomenal! Get it! ... show more

However, the light will not come on with the remote unless it is plugged up to charge. The remote works great - as does the light - but not at all when I unplug it to hang it on the wall.     • Amazing Picture Lamp, No Hardwiring!

The media could not be loaded. Aesthetic picture light that is extremely easy to install. You mount a small metal bracket that essentially is a hanger for the light itself. Extremely easy to screw in to the wall and ensure that it is level - but what is nice is that the light just clips on to that so it's very convenient to take down when you need to charge it. Remote is included and really great because you can change the lights brightness as well as set a timer for how long to keep the light on. Can't say for sure how long the battery lasts but I am able to keep the light on several times on the 4 hour time limit until it needs a charge. I will say I wish the battery lasted a little bit longer, but that's the risk you take for not wanting to hardwire lights. All in all, even when not lit, it's a nice looking picture light that completely changed the view of that small piece of wall. ... show more

December update. These battery pic lamps just do not stay charged for longer than 4 hrs or so. I usually turn them on at dusk and they MAY last 4 hrs until I charge it again. I have 4 of these and quite honestly it's a pain to take them all down to charge then have to basically do it daily. Not worth the money or effort. Sorry UPDATE On Purchase My original review stated a few problems with this picture light. However the shop reached out to me and replaced the one that was giving me issues! Great customer service and the light seems to be functioning properly! I do LOVE that these are cordless with a timer remote, that lets you set either for 2,3, or 4hrs, automatic shut- off! You can def TRUST this shop to step up and address any issues! Thanks much!! I purchased 4 of these lights to place above our art. I installed 1 and it was good for a couple days, then it dimmed I thought the battery needed charging, which I did 2 different times and the charge did not work. I have ordered additional batteries and hope this addresses the problem. I pray the remaining 3 are not the same because my return window has closed ... show more

Update: the seller was easy to work with and sent a new one with a longer battery life. I love everything about this light, except for the battery. It doesn’t last long before needing a recharge. I maybe get 2 night with the 3 hour timer set before needing to charge it. I usually have it on a dim setting too. Pretty disappointing at having to constantly charge it. I don’t usually write reviews but this product is awesome. It is amazing value, but good quality. Super easy to install. The remote control is excellent and the dimming options are great. It took me all of 10 minutes to install 2 lights. I’m ordering another one for another picture.

Purchased to complete the look in a living room. The gold color is not to brassy or bright, just perfect to coordinate with other splashes of gold in the room. Great accent piece. The lights work great, but not sure they will be used as the lights are for looks. The light is has a plastic covering that is adjustable and so is the brightness and "shade" of the light. Easy to install - maybe took 30 minutes and the longest part was measuring to find the correct placement. Would buy again. ... show more
