Charged for the two hours the Instructions tells you to charge it right out of the box and the charge lasted about 2 mins. I tried charge longer and it’s still only last 2 to 3 minutes. When I contacted the company their response was “try charging it“, what a disrespectful email, had this for one day and with the issues we should be getting our money back not an email telling us to try charging it. Piece of junk and can't return. Bought for my daughter's birthday. It worked one time and never again. Contacted the company and got a few responses but nothing to help resolve the issue.
