I ordered 2 of these seat attachments for my granddaughters for Christmas 2022. 1 blue, 1 pink. They fit the offroad hoverboards I purchased perfectly. The girls love them. Simple to put together. But I had one issue. I had to ask my son and husband to tighten the screws that attach the seat to the frame. This is very difficult to do for one person. The tools supplied with the item is not really sufficient to do the job easily. Overall, pleased with the finished product so far.

So I bought one similar to this one but it had a defect it seemed like the bolts keep coming lose when ever you moved the arms. This one is built better and so far has not come lose at all

I ordered 2 of these hoverboard carts and WOW is all I can say about the item itself and the customer service gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As they have went above and beyond to make the mistake RIGHT. One of the carts was not the correct cart we ordered! I contacted betterwheels and they immediately emailed me with a solution that was very convenient and generous for me. I have yet to receive the correct item I ordered but I have complete faith in betterwheels and their word that they are making it right and we should get our correct hoverboard cart in the mail soon. I’m overly pleased with the correct cart we did receive, it is not weak or flimsy, it does not feel like it’s going to break on my kids after a couple of uses. The cart is made of durable heavy duty material that is built to last!!! I have nothing but great things to say about this product and betterwheels as a company that keeps thier word and makes their mistakes RIGHT! If I could give them more starts I would! Good product!
