Bought 2 of these for my children and 1 works great, the other is a lemon. After a hour of use, it started vibrating and the left wheel keeps locking up. Attempted to recalibrate many times. Will reset and then lock up again. Outside the return window. So disappointing!

This thing is so much fun. I wish that I had bought two, so my two kids won't fight for it, lol. Well, I should get another two, because I love riding this thing around also. The only downside is that it is hard to get it back from my kids. This is actually a birthday gift for my little boy for his 10th birthday, last year I got him a scooter, he loves it, so this year hoverboard come to my mind. I researched hoverboards a bit before purchase. So here's why I went this route. - This board has two powerful 250W brushless motors, can go up to 7.5mph - 36V 4AH high capacity battery pack, power up to 7 miles range - large wheels with off-road wear-resistant rubber tires My two kids who are tough on their toys and these have stood up the test. The battery lasts at least an hour. There is a minimal learning curve to riding. Kids take to it without a problem. Right now the first thing they home from school is riding around my house, one on old scooter and one on this fancy hoverboard.

We purchased this unit in August of 2022. It worked great until we put it away for the winter in our home and out of the cold. When we got it back out in March to go and charge it, it will not take a charge. Everything will turn on with the charger plugged in but it will not come on when unplugged. The company reached out to me with concern and vowed to make this right. They sent me return labeling and provided a replacement at no additional cost. This customer service was not what I expected. Because of this I give the product 5 stars.

This product was great for my kids to learn. First off these hoverboards are not as easy to ride as they look but with a little practice you can get it down in no time. Me and my kids both took turns hovering through our neighborhood and may have had an accident or two but this board held up like a champ. You can also take it off road such as grass which was cool. I will probably be buying another one now so my kids will not fight over this one!

We bought this for my granddaughter and she was able to ride it maybe 5 times and it wouldn’t work again. It was a gift so it had passed the deadline to return it. So it was a waste of over 300.00

I am very happy with the unit. We have not taken it off road yet as it's winter, put a performance remarkably. It's easy to learn kids. Enjoy it. The only thing I would change is the charger. I wish I just had a usb c port. It doesn't charge very fast.

Got this hoverboard for my 7 and 10 years old boys, they love it so much! Ready to use out of box and it is well packaged and protected. It was super easy to get a hang of, ride is very smooth and easy to figure out. The speed is perfect and the boys are very good at controlling it. I also love the lighting and the bluetooth function, very pleased with it.
