I really like the sturdiness of this item. It’s very nicely made. Unfortunately this is the 2nd one I’ve received that will not turn on. The first was used so I thought that was the problem but no this brand new one is the same. When u plug it in to charge it’s already green and stays green. I don’t know if the problem is charger or scooter. I tried the troubleshooting on the website to reset battery but no. Still not working. The phone number for customer service is a continuous message referring u to website. After a few days of no one answering we put in a ticket at the website. A week and a half later still no response on ticket. I would return but this is the only electronic scooter I can find that’s not 2 wheel for a big 8 year old… ... show more

This is the second one I bought giving them another shot after the first one had broken controller mounts and would not turn on or respond to charger but my son wanted one so I tried again and yet again right out the box won't turn on and after charging for 3 hours still will not turn on this is ridiculous ... show more

    • My 15 year old daughter loves it.
The beeping is annoying and the pairing is a little tricky or confusing but some how I got it working as a skateboard and a scooter. The acces to the on/off is on the bottom for the platform or skateboard. I’m not sure how often the remote needs charging so I’ve been charging it when charging the main unit. Easy to operate and change from board to scooter. I am concerned about it’s sturdiness but time will tell. Some sort of light or reflectivity in the board mode would be nice but easy enough to work around. I’m glad there’s electric breaking in both modes. Pulling back on the remote works in the board mode. It’s a little heavy to stop it like a traditional skateboard and I’d be worried about it getting wrecked that way.     • Only worked maybe 5 times
The remote for this stopped working within the first couple weeks of use. I contact customer service and was told they can't replace the remote, they don't even sell them; and there was nothing they were willing to do. This was a Christmas present and the time to return it had passed. Also, the charger ended up breaking later as well and I just looked and there was no replacement to buy for that either. Would never recommend this product and now don't trust any Hover item. Definitely a disappointment and waste of money with poor customer service . ... show more

No me gusto porque se kebro la llanta ya avia leif el vomentario muy tarde despues me arrepenti pero ya rra tarde aparte mis hijos solo usaban la patients vontestos si pero ala ora de conectar al scoter ya no funciono el scoter 🙄😥 si esta bien lo unico malo es no aguanta mucho
