Bought for grandson for Christmas gift. Yes, it’s been a few months since he received but kids can’t ride in the winter. Just got a call from daughter and scooter will not charge at all. DOA. Sent an email to the company. Apparently 6 months LIMITED warranty. I expect a new scooter sent to us! I will file with BBB on this company. I will not be happy if I tossed my money in the garbage! So far I received an automated reply to the warranty request I filed. It states they are backlogged. I bet! Will update this post with outcome and also my BBB report.

I bought the 200w model used from Amazon, its working well, pretty quick for the kids. It said ages 4-7, but this is too big really for kids that young. The height of handles is high and not adjustable lower. My 5 year old rides it and loves it, but the handlebars are probably up to his chest. They’ll grow into it, lol. The brake is a bit noisy, but works well. No real complaints for the used price!.

I picked this up with younger riders in mind, and that’s really where it fits best. It works well for tweens and younger teens, especially those on the lighter side. From a usability standpoint, it’s easy enough to get going and doesn’t feel overly complicated. It’s a good entry-level option rather than something built for heavier or more aggressive use. Build quality seems fine for that target audience, and it feels stable enough for typical riding. The main limitation is battery life. It’s okay, but nothing standout — you’ll get some use out of it, just not extended sessions without needing a recharge. If you’re buying for a younger or lighter rider, this is a reasonable option. For older teens or heavier use, you may want something with more power and longer battery performance.
