This scooter is small and cheap. The rear break snapped off after two trips up and down our street. It was not being abused and the child on it at the time was way under the weight. The screw holding on the gauge was missing. The “easy fold” is very stiff. Hard for me to operate let alone a 8y/o.

Did not come either correct charger. Was supposed to be brand new???? Had to spend 40.00 on 2 different chargers then the breaks broke and another 25.00 now either the battery is screwed up or the control board but I’m over it. DO NOT PURCHASE and their customer service is non existent.

I'm on my second scooter and they both have had the same problem after a month of use. The scooter won't power on. The LED screen will flash on and then off. Our first scooter was a xmas present for my daughter. By the end of January it was broken. Hover-1 Support Ticket was created but no communication, follow-up or troubleshooting was provided by them. Amazon Customer Service was amazing and were able to ship us a replacement. Unfortunately, I just completed my new Hover-1 ticket for the second scooter. Same problem as the first scooter and I don't anticipate Hover-1 getting back to me. I'll reach out to Amazon Customer Service again within a week if Hover-1 is radio silent. Also, both times the manual foot brake snapped off within the first day of use. ... show more

I bought it for my daughter and it’s never went dead after riding quite a ways. I ended up picking one up at Walmart for about 200 bucks, but it only lasted seven blocks when this one didn’t lose a single bar. It’s a bad ass little machine, and it even carries my ass around 200 pounds 511 and I get it up to 10 mph within a couple seconds. Of course it is for a little girl the downside is the light stopped working but I don’t really care the machine does what it needs to do and the battery life is really good I would buy it again. ... show more

Do not buy! The First one we got the charger would not fit so it couldn’t be charged. I sent it back and had another one sent and the new one would not even turn on. It has a phone number and wesbite but you cannot contact the company through either.

Should have read reviews before an impulsive purchase. Got this for a birthday present and spend my time getting it completely assembled before realizing that the charger the sent me doesn’t fit the port installed to the scooter itself. Now I have a wasted $100 and a very sad 8 year old because of my lack of research and also a lack of selling a useable product.
