The media could not be loaded. Great, but little things need to be fixed. The cover for the charger port does not cover the charger port all the way. It sticks up on one side. There’s lights on the front and the side and then on the back. Even just a small red light is all it would need. This is not good for safety if kids are riding it in the early morning or late hours. No return cause I bought it a couple months before her birthday and apparently the time to return it ran out. Didn’t realize there was a time limit. My ad? I purchased this unit for an 8 year old. He weighs about 60lbs. He had used it for about 10 minutes with adult supervision when the center hinge started to give way. The way this is designed (metal hinge screwed into plastic without inserts) makes it very weak. Expect the center hinge to fail even at 60lbs, which is less than half of the rated weight limit of this product. I contacted the company and they blamed us for their defective product. I cannot recommend this at all, especially given how the company acts towards their customers. I'll also note that when I went to write this review, Amazon put up a notice saying that only verified purchasers can create reviews because of inconsistencies in the reviews. I take that to mean that the company is gaming the review system to show a higher number of stars than they should have, which is zero. ... show more

We bought the hoverboard and it simply stopped taking a charge or powering on within 60 days. We contacted the manufacturer and they said they would issue a refurbished one since it was within 90 days warranty. The process to get it replaced was a pain and took a couple weeks to get it replaced. Once the refurbished hoverboard came... it didn't work either... and then the second replacement stopped working in a couple weeks. My daughter got a birthday present that she could only play with for a short period of time and has been pretty upset. We are cutting our losses and just buying a Razor. Don't buy this product. Don't buy this brand. They clearly don't care about the product or their warranty. ... show more

This product is not good, after about 10 minutes of riding, then the battery light beeps, I refer to the instructions to reset and calibrate, thinking that this will solve the problem, but it is not the case. I thought it would take longer to charge, I charged it for 8 hours and went for a ride when it was fully charged, however, after about 10 to 15 minutes the battery light came on and it stopped running. ... show more
