This is a trash product. I ordered three of these and not one powered up. Amazon needs to stop selling this product. After doing research I found two other individuals who had the same issue with this scooter from Amazon. One guy went one step further and ordered 4 and all didn’t work. Instructions says charge for 5 hours to get full charge, but when you plug in the charger it already shows green which is supposed to be fully charged.     • 2 Replacements and over 600$ loss
I ordered a scooter and paid for it as new and received a used scratched up and deffective one. So I contacted Amazon and they told me I have to return the other one within a month but they were going to send me another one. I received the second one and had to miss work so I can receive it once I open it plug it to charge the same error , green light and not recognizing the batteries. The scooters do not turn on at all. I have lost the day of work (180$) , I have to pay for transportation to take these two huge boxes to a UPS ($60) , and paid $380... Totalling $620. And guess what Amazon told me... That they couldn't do anything about it. Even though I make purchases at least two times a week from them. I didn't notice the reviews but now I see that even though people are receiving defective products they will still sell them to try and take the chance to make some money. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told that there was none available. ... show more

EXTREMELY disappointed! Received the scooter with dings & scratches all over...The power supply right out of the box was lit green when is supposed to be red & when fully charge it turns green...Either they send me an used scooter or refurbished smh...Long story short, the scooter doesn't turn on, making it useless...Way to ruin Christmas, as it was a gift. 0 stars really. ... show more

    • Once you get it going….
Apparently the new scooters are shipped out with dead batteries. They won’t charge (battery light is solid green indicating a full charge) and won’t turn on. In order to get the battery to charge you have to turn the back wheel while having it plugged in. Once Amazon review suggested a treadmill. We used a “rigged screwdriver “. The back light would be on and we got the ding although it still wouldn’t turn on. Eventually the battery was blinking green. We left it sitting plugged in and eventually it turn sold red. 6 hours later it was done charging. And runs beautifully. Unfortunately they ALL seem to have that same problem recently. Otherwise it’s a great scooter. We have had another one for two years. Only 3 stars because of the battery issues and zero response from the company. ... show more

    • Nice scooter— great value
Others have complained about this scooter having issues with the handlebar stem screws not threading in— they were tough to start but very secure once installed. The other complaint is that people cannot charge the battery. That is easily remedied— spin the wheel for just a bit after plugging in the charger and it’s ok forever more. We have a HiBoy and an Urban Drift. This scooter compares well. It is sturdy and fast for a main-line scooter. It’s tall enough for adults and has a very wide board. Plus it has a built-in bluetooth speaker! Highly recommended for someone who wants a lot of features for a little bit of money ... show more

    • Brand new from the box won’t charge at all!
Stay away from this brand are now on our 4 set of replacements. We ordered 3 of these scooters 1 week of March, they came and we charged them for the recommended time before use. None of the 3 scooters charged or would turn on, we sent them back and got 3 more same thing all 3 did not work, sent those back and got sent 3 more, this time 1 of the 3 charged and semi works but didn’t charge properly. After replacing 4 times we are moving on to another brand! ... show more

We returned the first one. This is our second one, same problem - the screws don’t line up. AND it wouldn’t work. We’ve now returned two. Would not recommend at all.

Very nice and attractive looking scooter be great if it worked. Battery was absolutely dead arrival no charging solid green light. Upon reviewing all of the other reviews regarding the scooter I contacted Amazon leadership. I simply asked for a gift card so I can purchase another battery and I would install it it was too heavy and too big to send back as I am disabled. I spoke to multiple leadership personnel and they all told me like a storybook They can only give me my money back. They had no regard for the inconvenience this caused me in the hardship. Amazon will not get any business from me regarding anything over $100 ever again. And they are jeopardizing me dropping my prime membership which I've had for over 10 years. All for measly $100 gift card to cover a battery on a bad scooter that they knew was bad that had been returned and resold without being checked. Terrible Amazon Absolutely terrible. ... show more
