It removes my water proof mascara but it lasted less than a month and I only used it once a day. Not worth the money I recommend a non twist cleansing balm or a cleansing oil lasts longer

I really wanted to love this product. I do like the slight exfoliating effect of it from what seems to be tiny pieces of grit in the balm, and it does a great job of getting off makeup. The problem is the packaging. I thought I was going to love it not having to dip my fingers in a tub and that part is nice, but you still end up having to rub your fingers all over where the slits are so you are still going to get bacteria on the product. The biggest issue though is that every time I open the lid, there is melted product sitting there in a liquid layer. My bathroom is not at all warm, in fact, we keep our home on the cool side. It seems like the melting point for the balm is just too low to withstand room temperatures. I am going to try keeping it in the refrigerator but that is a giant pain to have to go back and forth for that. If they don't change the packaging I will not rebuy. ... show more

Omg I never leave reviews on stuff but this stuff is amazing and it blows my mind how well it works to cleanse my face without water! I usually use Tatcha Deep Cleanse and I loved that stuff, but sometimes I’d have to wash my face twice to get my waterproof eyeliner off. With this, I just use it once and I can even open my eyes in the process to check to see if all the make up is off without it hurting my eyes at all! I suuuuper recommend this product! ... show more
