The couch had a blown out spring. I called the company and they sent a new one even though I had had the couch for a year and two months. Good company to work with. After having the couch for three months the seat is saggy and soft. The padding on the replacement didn't seem as good as the first one and it wore out faster. The description says it’s 72” but it is closer to 73”, if you are purchasing to put in a 72” slide out it will not fit. To return it the cost in freight is 1/2 the cost of purchase
