I actually bought this for a different reason than removing makeup. I use it about 5 days a week with the cleaning mode on my facial device, usually on bare skin for deep cleanse. My skin tends to be dry, and one thing I really like about this micellar water is that it doesn’t leave my skin feeling stripped or dry afterward. It feels gentle and comfortable on my skin. I do notice a slightly slippery residue after using it. It hasn’t caused me any problems, but sometimes I wonder whether I should rinse it off afterward. I usually don’t. Since I’m normally using this without makeup, I can’t really comment on how well it removes waterproof mascara or heavy makeup. For the way I use it, though, it has worked well and I haven’t experienced any noticeable dryness or irritation. Overall, I’m happy with it, especially for my dry skin. ... show more
