Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water is the best makeup remover I have ever tried. I tried a different brand of micellar water years ago and it did not remove any makeup. It left my skin irritated, tight, and sticky. Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water is completely different. It removes every trace of my foundation makeup. My skin feels soft and smooth, not sticky or greasy. I tested the cleanliness by using a clean cotton pad and toner and it proved that my foundation was completely removed. However I gave 4 stars because it does not remove 100% of my mascara, which is not waterproof. My other concern is that it takes a repeated applications of the micellar water on way too many cotton pads. I purchased reusable/washable pads to use to reduce the waste and expense. ... show more
