To be honest, I like exercising, but gyms aren't my thing. I'd rather do a sport and get my exercise in while having fun, rather than spending hours in a room or warehouse lifting things and doing a bunch of movements that make me sore or sick after doing. When I saw this board, I was in the mindset that I needed to start somewhere. I travel a lot, and while most hotels have a gym, I'm lazy after driving 6 hours or spending 9-10 hours in a plant that is hot and loud. I'd much rather watch the 700th rerun of The Office or whatever game is on. I realized, it's time to force myself to start somewhere, even though I'm in good shape. My intention was to find something I could pack in my suitcase and start using in the hotel room at night. This board is a little too big for my bag, but I've been able to bring it a couple of times if I'm only going for 2 nights instead of the usual 4. It seems to be relatively well made. Anything plastic has its flaws, and I can see some failure points in this, but I'm not slinging it around or dropping it, so those shouldn't come into play at all. I liked the different angles you can place the handles and the board gives you visual cues for the muscle group you want to work. Even the elbow/forearm pads are a nice touch. Nothing is worse than laying on a hotel floor and trying to not think about what might have been there before. It also comes with plank handles that are nice when just watching a show and doing the exercise. The instructions are well put together, and it contains photos that show the ability to use resistance bands, like some of the high-end boards. Those are something I enjoy using, so I'll probably get that set down the road. While I enjoy it and it's a great too for being on the road or not having a full set up at home, I had my brother test it out when he was in town. He's a Dr. and co-owns a gym that is focused on natural movements of the body. He hated it, but it was because he wanted it to be able to be catered to each individual person and their specific body movement/capabilities. I understand that, but most people that are going to use this will be using it for the basics and having a good tool to use to focus on change and growth. This beats the floor or stairs any day.

I tried other boards and this one was the only one with “oversized” capabilities. I have wide shoulders so working out on this wide board is very comfortable. It’s also the only one I found with the plank accessories. Very convenient. You can’t go wrong for the price. Highly recommended.

I really like the idea of this - you move the handles to the labeled spots and it helps you do different types of push-ups, thereby working different parts of your body. It’s hard to find the right form for different push-ups, but this takes the guess work out of it. It would be nice if the handles were more cushioned and the board was sturdier - made of metal instead of plastic, but then it would cost a lot more. Good value for the money.
