I bought the grey in my usual size large and they are very comfortable. The soft, lightweight, stylish Bermuda shorts have a 6-inch inseam. The width of the waistband is 1-1/2-inches and has a pleat on each side in the front and the back has elastic. Front pockets lay flat. I measured the 32- inch waist band from the button at one end to the buttonhole end. Then I pulled the waistband to see how much it would stretch, and it is 41 inches. They are high waisted, and the fabric is 80% polyester, 16% rayon 4% spandex. They look dressy and can be worn with kitten heels, sandals or sneakers.

These shorts arrived very quickly and were well packaged. I was interested in shorts that could appear a bit dressier than casual. The picture of "wide legged, knee length" shorts in black appeared to be just that. I was also concerned that reviews indicated I should consider a larger size. I ordered my usual size, and the shorts fit perfectly. Knee length they are not. In fact, they are about 4 inches above my knees. My legs are on the shorter side so this was unexpected. I'm keeping the shorts as they fit otherwise and have a very nice feel to them. However, leg lengths vary so if you want a certain length, stick to buying shorts that state 7", 9" or 10" lengths.

I avoid shorts as I have awful large legs but a thin waist! These are so comfortable , I’ve got room in the waist and length wise they sit just above the knee! They look and feel really good quality. Iam delighted with these and I am going to order more . I am 5.5 and 220lbs I ordered xxl but maybe could have got away with XL

I could not give these shorts five stars since they are not long enough to be ‘Bermuda’ shorts. I’m 5’6” and they are way too short. The fit is very good though and other than the length,, I’m happy with them.
