This definitely needs two very tall people to assemble. It weighs 80 lbs but came in two easily moveable boxes. It is a show stopper on my deck which is visible from the street. Don't hesitate on this great gazebo as it very sturdy and withstands rain and wind. Once the roof goes on it's easy to complete the rest but it was time consuming and took 6 hours until completion at our pace. The double roof is very high and it can withstand heavy winds. We did nail it on the base of four posts to the deck per my request. The 2 men felt it was not necessary. It has netting I did not use. You can zip it closed for total privacy to rest. You cannot go wrong with this purchase. It is high quality at a great price.

It looks nice and is pretty sturdy. I like the rain channels, although I think the one in the middle is unnecessary so I will be caulking that one. Putting this thing together was a nightmare. The instructions were so bad, I was genuinely confused for several steps. Two of us put this together, with the exception of standing it up on its legs and mounting the roof structure. Other than that it may be too crowded. It took total of about 16 hours with (mostly) two of us in upper 90s temperatures. FYI the roof panels get well over 100 in direct sunlight and they will scorch your grass. I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 because the instructions were terrible and also WHY would you make anchoring the legs the LAST step when the legs go over the expansion screws?

Great for use on my deck. Gazebo provides shade, bug protection and durable material. Quality is very good at this price point. The frame looks like it can withstand some wind and rain. Setting up was manageable, although the instructions could have been more illustrative (the pictures were printed quite small). But overall assembly went well. The netting is east to secure and to unzip, but the zippers could be of a higher quality - but no issues so far. This gazebo has significantly improved the comfort of our outdoor gatherings on our deck.

This product Hoteel 12x20 Hardtop Gazebo, states curtains are wind resistance. I bought this gazebo in August. On a heavy wind day the “wind resistant curtain and netting ripped during these winds and now Amazon is refusing to help me or replace them because this didn’t happen during the “warranty period”???? I spoke with a supervisor Janet who escalated my complaint to the “warranty's department”. I hope they will be able to help. I love my gazebo, but I’m very disappointed at Amazon for their initial dismissive attitude I hope that Supervisor Janet will be able to help me This is a pic of my flame retardant curtain and netting in the picture

We had high hopes for this product even though we knew it would be difficult to put together after reading reviews. Well…it proved to be extremely difficult to put together. The holes are not all matched up which makes assembling even harder. With that said, the gazebo feels sturdy and looks nice as long as you don’t look too close. This is where I have the real problem…several pieces were either dented or noticeably scratched. We should have checked each piece individually before starting to build and maybe we would have thought more about sending it back, but unfortunately we didn’t. Now we have it built with some screws off center and a bunch of scratches that at this point I guess we just try to ignore. Pretty sad when you spend this amount of money. The thought of taking it apart now just seems too overwhelming. Like I said, it looks nice as long as you don’t look too close.

The media could not be loaded. Just what I wanted! I got the 12X20ft one. And it’s perfect for my patio! Love the shade it’s gives and privacy too! It came with the curtains and the mosquito netting as well!!! We did have some pieces that were broken and some curtains that were damaged but we got them replaced. It did take us about a day and a half to build with 2 people.
