This definitely needs two very tall people to assemble. It weighs 80 lbs but came in two easily moveable boxes. It is a show stopper on my deck which is visible from the street. Don't hesitate on this great gazebo as it very sturdy and withstands rain and wind. Once the roof goes on it's easy to complete the rest but it was time consuming and took 6 hours until completion at our pace. The double roof is very high and it can withstand heavy winds. We did nail it on the base of four posts to the deck per my request. The 2 men felt it was not necessary. It has netting I did not use. You can zip it closed for total privacy to rest. You cannot go wrong with this purchase. It is high quality at a great price.

Great for use on my deck. Gazebo provides shade, bug protection and durable material. Quality is very good at this price point. The frame looks like it can withstand some wind and rain. Setting up was manageable, although the instructions could have been more illustrative (the pictures were printed quite small). But overall assembly went well. The netting is east to secure and to unzip, but the zippers could be of a higher quality - but no issues so far. This gazebo has significantly improved the comfort of our outdoor gatherings on our deck.

It looks nice and is pretty sturdy. I like the rain channels, although I think the one in the middle is unnecessary so I will be caulking that one. Putting this thing together was a nightmare. The instructions were so bad, I was genuinely confused for several steps. Two of us put this together, with the exception of standing it up on its legs and mounting the roof structure. Other than that it may be too crowded. It took total of about 16 hours with (mostly) two of us in upper 90s temperatures. FYI the roof panels get well over 100 in direct sunlight and they will scorch your grass. I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 because the instructions were terrible and also WHY would you make anchoring the legs the LAST step when the legs go over the expansion screws?

Awesome gazebo. Recommend at least 3 friends if you plan to assemble yourself. Quality is great and everything goes together well. Mostly everything is Allen wrench and I don’t recommend using a power tool to install. Super happy with it and the seller was very prompt in replying to any questions

This product Hoteel 12x20 Hardtop Gazebo, states curtains are wind resistance. I bought this gazebo in August. On a heavy wind day the “wind resistant curtain and netting ripped during these winds and now Amazon is refusing to help me or replace them because this didn’t happen during the “warranty period”???? I spoke with a supervisor Janet who escalated my complaint to the “warranty's department”. I hope they will be able to help. I love my gazebo, but I’m very disappointed at Amazon for their initial dismissive attitude I hope that Supervisor Janet will be able to help me This is a pic of my flame retardant curtain and netting in the picture

I love this gazebo. It looks fabulous on my deck. It did take three of us several hours to put together but the directions are great. We had a terrible storm two days after we put it up and it came through just fine.

Product came with netting. The netting had grommets that were not secured to the netting. Also, a complete corner of privacy fabric was formed upside down. They stitched it together with the Velcro straps to secure to corner beams, but the material was upside down and inside out. A couple months in on purchase and still no replacement part arrival. According to manufacturer it is in the process. Difficulty with upper or 2nd roof assembly. Netting to me and I've owned 3 outdoor patio/gazebos. Seems thin and not durable. The stability and waterproof or resistance is excellent. We had a terrible storm that knocked out power for 3 days in Pennsylvania, no issues with leakage or durability with frame. The color is what we expected slightly lighter than most of the shades in that genre, but ok for us. Size seems to run a little small it is accurate by their roof dimensions, pay attention to floor dimensions. Overall, this gazebo is good, we are concerned with netting durability and zipper durability. 4 people or perhaps 5 can sit inside with normal outdoor furniture. it took my wife and I 1 day to get gazebo together. That is understandable, they recommend 3 people I believe for assembly. I give this a 4 star because of Quality control issues with manufactured parts and possible durability issues with netting and also the resolution procedure for replacement parts is taking quite some. time. Grommets look flimsy along with zippers. Time will tell.
