After receiving the bike, it worked well for about a month and then the electronics would intermittently turn themselves off. Customer Service was helpful to provide replacement parts for me to fix it myself. Non-tech savvy people will struggle making the needed repairs.     • Warning about this bike!
I received the bike a few weeks ago and put it together according to the instructions. There was an unexplainable gap that causes the front spoke to move about 3/4" and the metal is grinding together. I have been in contact with customer support for some time now, sending pictures and videos back and forth. I will say they have responded within 24/48 hours in our email exchanges and have been polite but as of now there is still no resolution. I now sent them pictures of me putting the bike together again (which means I had to take it apart yet again first) and will see if there is any resolution. I have watched all of the videos online and nothing is fixing this. If this does get fixed, I will return to edit this. If not, I sadly would recommend not to purchase this bike because, though the idea is great, the execution of mine was not. ... show more
