I purchased this some time ago, and I haven't been able to use it yet. I bought it for emergencies, and to use during black outs, due to stormy weather. Some storms can render you down for days, with out electricity for days, and at times the restoration time can keep you with out a way to cook for weeks in some situations. Only states that the gas canister is not included BUT the propane adapter is also not included and needs to be purchased separately can not return so it’s garbage. Do not buy if you plan on using the 1 pound propane canister.

I was impressed with this stove. As it is large it is also very stable and efficient. The pot stand connects to the center so if you have a narrow pot (Stanley) it can still support it well. Also with it having the EF7 valve type (iso Butane can) and the assorted adaptors out there you can use either iso butane, butane or propane. The makes it very handy for car camping or to have for emergencies.

Very hot for its size. Smokes through fuel when asked to, so I bought the adapter for the green bottles and another for refueling those green bottles. Great stove.

This is a very sturdy and we'll made stove. Nice integrated windscreen that helps reflecting the heat and improving the efficiency. My only complain is the amount of gas lost when you install the canister, is a lot more than other similar stoves. You need a iso-butane canister, not a propane one.

Plastic support legs do not fit the popular Coleman 7.75 Butane/propane size can. Support feature useless, poor design and advertising because description implies it can be used on these canisters.

This item is convenient and easy to use besides the fact it only works with EN417 can. The knob gets loose but can be controlled when setting flame. If you purchase its best to also purchase adapter so u can transfer fuel to 1 en417 can and save yourself some money as they have overpriced the EN417 cans!
