I’ve used this hot tent stove on a few cold nights and it did a great job keeping the tent warm. It heats up quickly, drafts well once going, and makes winter camping much more comfortable.     • This stove is shorter than any firewood.

Typical firewood will need to be cut in half to fit inside of this stove. It is too short for your normal firewood pieces. I have no other real complaints and it kept my hot tent warm for about 2 hours per fill. If you try to use this through the night you should expect to wake up cold and have to refill it 3-4 times through the night. If you want your tent to stay warm through the night you will need a longer stove with a larger interior space(a bigger stove). I used maple and cedar and cooked on top of it with the opening but it filled my tent with smoke when the stove wasnt fully closed. It also did not heat the pan up enough to cook very hot unless the fire inside was really goin. All of the components nest inside of it and the legs fold in to make it nice and compact. I returned it and I'll buy a larger stove for my next deer camp. ... show more

Love this for camping or any outdoor use extremely compact everything fits inside have not made a fire in it as of yet, but you can cook on top of it. So if you had to move the product for any reason after lighting a fire I’m not sure if the handles would be hot to move the product. If you're thinking about getting it, just do it. Works really good. Make sure you burn a fire in it before you put it in your tent. Also, keep an eye on it. Because it will act like a jet stove and heat the pipe up. This thing is awesome. Had no problem heating up an 8 person tent.

Works great! I use ut to heat my shed when im working in it. My only wish or recommendation, is that they make it a few inches longer. I use chopped wood in it. Average size firewood logs are too long for it and cannot close the door

Had an issue with receiving the first stove with a broken piece of ceramic glass. They quickly sent a new one, and this thing is great for the price! If you’re looking to get into hot tent camping, but aren’t ready to drop a lot of money for a stove. This one is the way to go to dip your toes in!
