I am more than impressed with how beautiful and elegant this headboard is! It exceeded my expectations in every regard. The durability and quality of materials is also very good. Lastly, the customer service was OUTSTANDING. I asked if they could deliver it earlier in their estimated delivery date timeframe so that my 78 year old mother could have the frame put together before the mattress arrived. Not only did they accommodate this request, but they exceeded even their earliest timeframe by delivering it in a matter of days! You just don't see that kind of excellent service anymore. Great bed frame and headboard. Easy assembly. Took me less than 2 hours. Came with all the parts. Instructions were clear and simple. Frame and headboard look great. Very nice. Solid materials. Paid $129 I believe plus shipping. I like it. I would buy it again.

**UPDATE** Customer service is great. I reach out to let them know of the damage and they are sending a replacement piece and a small refund for the stain. Decent quality headboard for price but one of the legs (which is plastic not wood) came damaged and there was a stain on the headboard. Reached out to company. Will update review once I hear back in service.
