I needed a specific size and have an air vent in the lower wall so we needed an open shelf bottom. The price was great. I didn't mind the shipping since Microsoft found me a $20. coupon. Not Prime item but actually a great piece. Every item piece & part is well marked . The instruction book is well detailed. When it arrived we did not open it until the day we assembled. At that time I looked over every piece. Nothing was damaged, nothing was omitted and it was very well packed in multiple layers of dense Styrofoam. Lay all parts lettered in unison and with patience and NO over tightening , with dowl pins & screws the sideboard was assembled. It is higher than most, less expensive, has a great synthetic wood finish with actual wood pieces. Well worth the patience to assemble. It's very sturdy. the hinges on the doors are very easy to align, the drawers fit & glide well. I Think for the cost this Hostack farmhouse style sideboard is just perfect.

I bought this for a rustic ranch/farmhouse remodel and it's perfect! It is amazingly sturdy. There were a gazillion parts and took awhile to put together, but am very happy with the final look and product. The only itty bitty negative is the doors don't perfectly close/align, and after fiddling with the hinges, couldn't get them to be perfect.

I bought this to go under a tv which is wall mounted. I needed a place to put the router and modem off the floor. It looks great and is narrow enough to still allow a nice walkway. It was not easy to put together, but that's just because I am 70 and had to spend a lot of time on the floor which bothers my sciatica. The parts fit together nicely, and there were actually spare screws/connections/etc. which makes it nice for those of us who are clumsy and drop things. It ended up looking great. I can't complain about anything actually.

Although this piece somehow was a bit smaller than I envisioned, I am very happy with it. First, the looks are top notch, I couldn't be happier with how nice this looks. Second, the assembly, although it took a few hours, was smooth and easy. I've assembled many pieces similar to this and often the assembly is a nightmare, but this was not for 2 reasons. #1 each and every piece (including individual hardware bags) were very clearly marked with a letter which corresponded to the directions. #2 the directions, although mostly only diagram, were very clear and easy to follow. Easy 5 star rating for this purchase.

It’s a beautiful piece that compliments my apartment beautifully but who ever drilled the holes for the doors to fit in did too much and now the doors are super wonky to open and will probably break off eventually which is sad for that price… I’m simply keeping it because it’s too much of a hassle to take apart shop back and then wait for the replacement to come in (I live on the third floor with no elevator)… so overall great to look at but I wouldn’t plan on putting something in there that requires you to open the doors a bunch because of how short the screws are and the ply wood not being sturdy enough. For the looks 5 stars for the quality it got 1 because for that price I’d appreciated it to at least function properly ****Update**** After writing this review someone from customer service reached out to me offering either $50 refund or a replacement - I choose the replacement since everyone else seems to receive perfectly fine pieces. Welp… we received our package last Thursday and started putting it together today (Saturday) just to find we received another damaged product…. So at this point I say I don’t recommend this product at all I’ve received two products that were damaged and my only other option is getting $50 refunded?! There’s apparently no quality nor quality control what so ever… highly disappointed!

I just bought a brand new dining room table so I wanted a cabinet that matched. I saw this one on Amazon and took the plunge. It arrived quickly. The directions were easy to read and follow. The only thing I am not happy with are the drawers and that they do not sit level which catches the eye.

For the cost this is an ideal coffee bar. It's sturdy and just the right height. I like how the cupboards don't go to the bottom for ease of access for the purpose I'm using it for. The only downside I would say is that when screwing things it, it started to chip a little. Once everything was put together you can't notice as it's hidden under the screws. Just a little disappointing.
