When I received this item, the package was damaged due to shipping issues. I was able to still start getting it together. Unfortunately when I was ALMOST done, I realized there were four pieces missing. I’m assuming they were lost in transit. I reached out to the sellers and they were fast to answer! It took several back and forth messages and some time but I received the missing pieces I needed to complete it! I am so in love with it. The color is great and very great quality! Assembly was lengthy but it is definitely worth it! A++++ on customer service! I REALLY didn’t want to have to disassemble it! They were very helpful & professional!

Overall pretty good piece of furniture for the cheap price. It looks nice and has lots of support points to make it sturdy. The finish can chip off but I’m hoping it won’t be too much of an issue. One piece already came with some finish chipped off. It took 3.5 hours to assemble by myself. I’ve assembled a lot of furniture and didn’t find this piece difficult at all. It has tons of storage for a low price. The cabinets are sturdy. The bottoms of the drawers are a little flimsy so I wouldn’t plan on putting anything too heavy in the drawers.

First off the material this cabinet is made from is not highly engineered wood. It is some essence of pressed sawdust with a thin wood like finish. Very low quality. Next up: it’s a nightmare to assemble because the predrilled holes with the hardware attached DOES NOT LINE UP. The slides for the draws are not placed correctly for them to easily open and close (some of the predrilled holes are missing so you have to guess where their placement should be. I did a lot of measuring & recalibrating). The instructions are NOT straight forward at all. Once you’ve gone through the first 2 steps, you’ll more or less need to fly by the seat of your pants! Although it’s put together in like 3 sections….. as you go along you’ll find that they left a few steps out. There are about 60 pieces to put together and a ton & 1/2 of hardware which do NOT quite match instruction or just not mentioned in the instructions as you go along (you’ll have left over hardware). I liked the looks of this cabinet on paper and wanted 2 of them for my new kitchen. But I’m now sorry I bought this one at all. The drawers are a mess, had I known they’d be so hard to get to work properly I’d have bought a cabinet without draws. You’d think it would be simple and everything would fall right into place as everything is somewhat pre drilled… But nope, not so much. There are way too many parts & hardware and poor instructions. I do not recommend this cabinet. Keep in mind, once you’ve gone through removing all those pieces from the box, laying it out & put it together to find its very poor quality, you will be hard pressed to box it back up & return it (trust me I thought about it). I’m not sure what I can do with this except maybe illuminate inner draws & just glue the draw faces in place (that couldn’t be done so I recalibrated the draw slides & got them to work). It took me 3 days to assemble, take apart, re-calibrate and re-assemble. Otherwise this cabinet is junk!!!!! Update: I thought the drawers & draw guides were a challenge. Wait until you need to put the doors on. Hint: put the hinges on the doors first. When you are ready to install the doors… screw the screws into the pre drilled holes, remove and then put door/hinge in place and fasten. I was unable to put the bottom screws in the bottom hinges as I can not stand on my head and work. After the doors are on you use the adjustment screws to adjust gaps. Unfortunately there is no stops at the bottom of the doors so they do not align. Last but not least: the outer skin on this think is so thin it easily chips!!! I won’t be buying anymore of this JUNK!!!

We ordered the 55" and the 77" buffets. There was a little bit of a hiccup when they arrived with the hardware. I will tell you this company went above and beyond to correct thd issue. They were respectful and friendly and solved everything in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Took about 5 hours to build by myself with my power drill. Seems sturdy as it is very heavy, but with one damaged lower panel I am a bit leery. It took two people to bring the box inside after delivery and when constructed it is just as heavy when assembled. Looking forward to rearranging kitchen and having some more storage. Because it is so heavy, I added 8 wheels to the bottom to make moving and cleaning easier - this would make the price more reasonable if included ($96 at hardware store - would be wise to pick up wood glue for the pegs for extra stability). The only part someone might find frustrating is leveling out the doors in the front, but the instructions for that are at the back of the assembly manual and it’s easy once you know which screws do what to adjust left/right/up/down/level. Otherwise, easy to assemble but takes awhile. The Bad: Was missing a few pieces (3 oblong black washers listed as D, which allow the door to fasten to the magnet & 5 of the smaller screws listed as J) and one of the side panels arrived damage (panel labeled 3). To make up for the missing washers, I used some #6 flat washers ($7 at hardware store for 100 pack), luckily had some similar screws in basement. Because of the missing parts and damaged side piece I would say $200 less than what I paid would be more reasonable. If replacements pieces are provided I will add additional star.
